I have been listening to all of you, and I heard many questions regarding why we should pay attention to our menstrual cycles, this is the reason why I dedicate this solo episode to highlighting the importance of tapping into your own rhythms and cycles and about the huge impact it has on your body. Stay tuned, because next week’s episode is going to be all about moon cycling, aimed to reach those of you that, due to different reasons ( this includes the women using birth control pills), are not having a menstrual cycle at the moment.

In this episode you will hear about:

  • Why you want to track your cycle.
  • How a menstrual cycle should look and feel.
  • How you should track your cycle.
  • The regenerating power of sleep.
  • Levels of awareness and changes you want to create in your life.
  • Get ready for the different phases of your cycle.
  • How to shift your lifestyle patterns.
  • Creating boundaries.

Imagine you can own your health by learning to listen to the messages your body is delivering. My passion is to motivate audacious women that can curate the lives and bodies they want to inhabit. Wishing more simplicity and ease in all that you do!
