Throwback to my early 30’s… I was starting to wonder if my metabolism was damaged.

 

I had worked out my whole life and had never really taken a break. I kept a training + food journal and I believed that calories in vs. calories out was the way to be healthy and maintain my weight.

 

This rigid approach worked...until it didn't.

I had little kids, I didn’t have time to move my body like I used to or eat and sleep the way my body needed me to. I was running around after one kiddo with another on my hip, and as they got older, my business got busier, and their schedules got busier -- my own self-care moved further down the list. 

When I could workout, I chose high intensity exercise so I would burn the most calories and make the “best use” of my time. 

 

I would go in & out of strict meal plans and lengthy supplement protocols. I wasn’t seeing the results I hoped for and wasn’t feeling great either. 

 

I felt puffy, inflamed and frustrated AF.

Even though I was a Nutritionist and had been for over 10 years, I had hit a point where I knew this wasn’t the right path. I reminded myself that my hormones, stress levels, thyroid, genetics and so much more than calories in vs. calories out were impacting my results and how I felt.


  • I traded in running for walking ~ my body said thank you
  • I started lifting 4x a week instead of 6-7x ~ my body sighed with relief
  • I traded excessive spinning for daily hikes ~ my entire nervous system whispered thank you
  • I layered in yoga and pilates ~ my whole being said thank you
  • I completely shifted my approach to movement and fully embodied cyclical living  swapping out my 75-minute+ workouts for 30-45 minutes instead ~ my adrenals said thank you

Now in my 40s, I have never felt more connected, more in alignment with my body; her strength, her vitality, her grace, honoring when she is ready to rise and go deep from a place of power and when she needs to pull back and be taken care of and supported.

Jenn Pike is a Functional Diagnostic Nutritionist, Registered Holistic Nutritionist, and Medical Exercise Specialist. She specializes in women’s health and hormones and is the Bestselling author of The Simplicity Project as well as her two cookbooks The Simplicity Kitchen and The Simplicity Body.

What’s included in my Synced membership?


Your membership gives you access to 7 live weekly classes, a library of hundreds of workout videos, beginner-to-advanced workout calendars, and a supportive private Facebook community. You’ll also enjoy the convenience of accessing all classes and resources anytime through our membership site (Wi-Fi required).

Why don’t you offer a monthly payment plan?


We believe that true transformation takes time. A one-month trial wouldn’t allow you to fully embrace the Synced methodology and see the long-lasting benefits we’ve designed this program to deliver. Our seasonal and annual plans are structured to set you up for success.

How do the payment options work?


We offer two flexible payment plans:

• Seasonal Membership: $105 every 3 months

• Annual Membership: $365 once per year (save $55 compared to seasonal payments!)

Your membership will automatically renew based on your chosen plan, so you’ll never lose access to your classes and resources.

Can I switch between the seasonal and annual plans?


Yes, you can switch plans at your next renewal period. Just reach out to our support team, and we’ll make the adjustment for you.

What happens if I can’t make a live class?


No worries! All live classes are recorded and uploaded to the membership site, so you can catch up whenever it’s convenient for you.

Can I cancel my membership?


Yes, you can cancel. You must notify is 21 days before your payment is due via email to hello@jennpike.com. For seasonal memberships, your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current 3-month billing period. For annual memberships, your cancellation will take effect at the end of your 12-month term.

Is this program beginner-friendly?


Absolutely! We’ve designed Synced to support all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced and even for those on a time crunch. Our workout calendars make it easy to find classes suited to your needs and experience level.

How do I access the membership site?


After signing up, you’ll receive an email with login details for the membership site. From there, you’ll have instant access to all resources, classes, and videos on any device.

How does the private Facebook group work?


Our private Facebook group is an exclusive space for members to connect, share experiences, and stay motivated. It’s a great place to ask questions, celebrate wins, and be part of a supportive community.

I don’t menstruate anymore. Can I still benefit from this program?


YES! Whether you’re menopausal, post-menopausal, pregnant, breastfeeding, or using synthetic birth control, you can absolutely benefit from this program.

If you don’t have a cycle, no problem—you have options:

  • We’ll show you how to follow the lunar cycle.
  • We’ll guide you in tuning into your body, your energy levels, and the phase of life you’re currently in.

I have no clue about the phases of my cycle... can I still try this approach?


Absolutely! This membership is beginner-friendly, so you don’t need any prior knowledge about tracking your cycle. Inside our Digital Guidebook, I’ll guide you step-by-step. The workbook includes workout calendars for every level—Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, or Express. Whether you’re new to cyclical living or a tracking pro, this program will support your body and hormones in a new way.

How does cycle-synced training work within Synced?


Cycle-synced training aligns your workouts with the phases of your menstrual cycle or the phases of the lunar cycle (for those with an inconsistent period or no period at all). We provide workout recommendations that support your energy, recovery, and hormonal health during each phase, helping you feel more balanced and connected to your body.

Do I need special equipment for the workouts?


We’re building you a home gym, so some equipment is required! While many classes need minimal or no equipment, here’s what you might need for some sessions:

  • Dumbbells
  • Resistance bands
  • Yoga Tune Up Balls (or similar therapy balls)
  • Coregeous Ball or Pilates Ball
  • Yoga mat
  • Chair
  • Ankle weights

Each class description lists the necessary equipment, so you’ll always know what to prepare.

What if I’m new to working out or have specific limitations?


Synced offers classes for all fitness levels, including beginner-friendly and low-impact options. Modifications are provided to help you adapt workouts to your abilities, ensuring you feel supported and confident as you move.

How do live classes work, and what if I miss one?


Live classes are hosted weekly, giving you the chance to connect with Jenn and other instructors in real-time. If you can’t attend live, recordings are uploaded to the library so you can access them at your convenience.

What is the refund policy for Synced?
