A 12-week body recomposition program for Women in Perimenopause, Menopause & Beyond

If you desire a holistic approach to change the shape and strength of your body, then you’re in the right place!

This program is dedicated to the woman who is 30-65 and looking for a way to shift her body composition, shape and strength using intentional nutrition and targeted fitness, while also supporting her cycle and hormones. We specialize in working with women who want to build muscle, strength and focus on fat loss

We will be using a two-pronged approach to build your custom
12-week plan.

You’re learning your macronutrients so you can build your own meals. This is not a diet and a meal plan is not included! But we will teach you how to master your macros during our 12-weeks.

Your coach will create a targeted and 2-tier custom fitness program for you to follow along with during our 12-weeks together to help you reach your goals.

This coaching program is for the woman who is interested in:

Who is this program a great fit for?

  • The woman who is 35-65 years in age and ready for body recomposition, to build muscle + strength, lose inches and fat loss
  • The woman who is excited to step into more targeted strength training, muscle building, fat loss and receive a customized + intentional plan for her goals
  • The woman who has access to a variety of bands, a variety of dumbbells plus a workout bench or something that can be used as a workout bench. This would be our minimum recommendation - if you have more, we will make use of the equipment you have access to!
  • The woman who has a home gym or access to a gym
  • The woman who has a good relationship with nutrition and fitness and is looking to amplify it

Who is this program NOT for?

  • NOT FOR the woman who is strictly looking for weight loss on the scale. We specialize in working with women who want to build muscle, strength and focus on fat loss
  • NOT FOR the woman who is exhausted every-time she tries to workout, working out brings on illness, recovering from a workout takes a toll on her, she is recovering from injuries, or if she is struggling with symptoms of adrenal fatigue/burnout
  • PLEASE NOTE: we will be tracking our macro nutrients in regards to the amount of carbs, proteins and fats that we are nourishing our bodies with each day. This will require keeping track of food, doing body measurements, taking before and after photos and looking at the weight on the scale. If any of this feels triggering, then we highly recommend considering something other than this.
  • 1x Private 30-minute session where you will connect with your coach 1:1 and discuss your goals
    Customized Nutrition Macros (Macronutrient) plan will be created based off of your individual body and desired goals. We recommend that you utilize this session within the first 4 weeks of beginning your program.
  • Your coach will create a total of 2x 6-week custom fitness programs for you to follow, based off of your goals, using the Trainerize app. This app is free to you!
  • Your custom program #1 will be for weeks 1-6, and then custom program #2 will be for weeks 7-12.
  • Your nutrition macros plan to be uploaded into My Fitness Pal with calculated calories, macros and foods to choose from. These will be tweaked as changes happen in your body over the 12 weeks.
  • Your Movement & Fitness Plan will be customized and adapted for you to schedule into your weekly routine.
  • Cardio training recommendations; frequency, length and type.
  • The training will be clearly written with sets, reps, and load intended so that you can easily plan ahead and transfer to your workout journal.
  • All material will be uploaded into your Trainerize app and you can communicate with your coach directly inside the app as well. With this app you will have access to "how-to" videos, to show you how preform certain moves or any exercise you don't understand.
  • You will also be able to communicate as a group, with Kristine, using our group chat.

A Group Chat (via the free app called Signal) where you can connect with other members of the group and your coach throughout our 12-weeks together to ask questions, get added support between sessions and cheer each other on.

12 weeks access to our Hormone Project weekly group coaching calls, hosted by Jenn Pike.

You will be paired with Kristine Peacock, one of my expert coaches who will guide you through this 12-week program.

  • Prior to your plan being delivered to you, you will receive an intake and assessment form so Kristine can get to know you, your current health, metabolic and fitness goals.
  • Kristine will learn about your day to day living, what you’ve tried in the past, what’s worked and where you are stuck now.
  • Your coach will review your current level of exercise, type of workouts, how long you’ve been training for and your daily activity all matter and will be taken into account for your program.
  • It’s important to be tracking your workouts - progress and recovery - so that we know when tweaks are needed.

Meet Kristine Peacock

As a 40-something, self-proclaimed Health-nut and Fitness Enthusiast, Kristine is passionate AF about all things food, nutrition and exercise!

Kristine wears several hats in Team Simplicity and has experienced all of our programs first, as a client - she’s our “hair club for men” member, if you will! She’s a Wellness Advisor for The Hormone Project, Synced Success Instructor and now, Coach inside of our Body Recomposition program.

Three years ago, in a perfect storm of Perimenopause, Hypothyroidism and raising 3 daughters (2 who are teenagers) in a global pandemic, Kristine found herself over-exercising & undereating while struggling to fit into her clothes. She double-down’ed on her nutrition and fitness, only to find herself lacking energy and gaining weight she couldn’t explain - despite a background in Culinary Nutrition and a regular exercise routine.

It was then that Kristine healed her hormones and regulated her thyroid inside of The Hormone Project, joined Synced and began to exercise in alignment with her cycle, and most recently, participated in the Perimenopause Beta group to dial in her macros, reverse her diet to eat more and lift heavier with a structured strength training program and approach.

Now, Kristine brings her years of experience & expertise with macros, coaching and fitness to other women in Perimenopause, to help them feel strong and empowered in their bodies and health!
