I'm Jenn Pike. I've been in clinical practice since 2001, and I've taught thousands of women what I'm about to teach you.
This is a health-loving, education packed program containing 8 self-paced mo dules all about; your hormones, your cycle, peri/menopause and beyond, digestion and gut health, your liver and detoxification, fitness and movement after 35, your adrenals and thyroid, and the tests you actually need to get the answers you deserve.
I'm going to teach you what you should have known about your body all along, and then I'm going to hand you a plan, where you begin to implement what you’re learning consistently over time so that what you learn can become your lifestyle moving forward.
Once you begin to integrate the principles I teach you inside this program, you'll benefit from more energy, better sleep, less brain fog, smoother digestion, thicker hair, a stronger body, and most importantly, you will learn to trust yourself again as the #1 expert in your own health and body.
"So often I would just brush things off. Going to my doctor, that's what I always got. Oh, you're just tired, take more rest, take this, take that. So many times I was just brushed off. Now I feel like I have education. I can advocate for myself and I can ask deeper questions and push them to find out answers, and not just say my blood work's normal so everything's okay."
- Robin, The Hormone Project
X You want someone to tell you exactly what to take, without explaining why
X You're looking for a diagnosis, which is not what education is for
X You want one-to-one time with me, which isn't included
A lot of this, unfortunately, gets filed under the category of "this is what happens as you age."
I'm here to call B.S on that rhetoric! What happens to our body after 35, sometimes filed away simply as perimenopause, is not the whole story.
You most likely Googled it, or asked ChatGPT or followed some influencers on Instagram and TikTok. You listened to the podcasts. You bought the magnesium because someone on a Reel said it changed her life. You've been paying attention this entire time but it feels like something is missing.
All of the symptoms you're experiencing might feel like 20 different things, when really we can trace it back to two or three different systems in your body that need support. Your symptoms are data, information and clues. Your symptoms are not a diagnosis, and they're not a life sentence either. They're the beginning of the investigation, and you just need to become empowered with the education you should have been taught about your body long ago.
The last time you had a symptom creep up, I want you to answer honestly: where was the first place you went to look for an answer?
Chances are, you Googled it, you asked ChatGPT, you put your question into a Facebook group, and leaned on the comments from women you have never met. You saved a reel. You asked a friend who seems to have it figured out. Maybe you even reached out to a practitioner you haven't worked with in a while.
Every one of those is reasonable. Put them all together, and you have a very confusing picture with often opposing points of view about what you should do with your body.
There's so much noise now that it has become genuinely hard to hear yourself. And when you can't hear yourself, you can't trust yourself, so you go looking for one more opinion, which adds more noise. And it becomes a loop.
Here's a test for you. If I asked you to walk through your house without your phone and explain, out loud, what every supplement, powder, tincture and tracker you own actually does, why you bought it, and what it's doing for your body specifically, how far would you get?
We've been collecting other people's opinions instead of collecting information about our own bodies. I believe no one has truly taught women how to understand the language our bodies are communicating in.
Quick text messages. Diary entries and long letters.
All trying to get your attention.
The headaches were letters.
The two o'clock crash was a letter.
The heavy period, the one where you planned your week around it, was a letter.
The 3 a.m. wake-up was a letter, and so was the anxiety that arrived with it.
The bloating, the breakouts, the month your cycle shifted and you noticed but didn't mention it to anyone. Every one of those was your body putting something in writing.
It has never stopped writing to you. What nobody ever did was hand you the dictionary. That's what this program is.
I'm going to teach you the language your body has been speaking your entire life, so that the next time it says something you can read it yourself, on the spot, without having to go and ask a stranger what it meant.
"When I joined The Hormone Project I was doing what I thought were all the right things. I was getting up early to work out, I was counting my macros, I was having whey protein shakes in the morning, casein protein shakes at night. Meanwhile I was chronically constipated, had gut issues, and I said, yeah it is normal, women have these problems all the time. Through this program I've learned that normal isn't the same as common."
Kate, The Hormone Project
I've been in this industry for along time. I registered my company at the age of 17 when I started to teach group fitness, went to school and came out as Personal Trainer and Medical Exercise Specialist and in clinical nutrition practice since 2001.
Nutrition, hormones, fitness, and the whole enormous territory of women's health that we were all somehow expected to figure out on our own. I dove in head and ovaries first (lol) from a very young age and never looked back.
Now, I’m in my late 40’s. I'm in the thick of perimenopause. I run a company, my husband runs a company, we have young adults in the house, and I need the energy and the focus and the brain to actually show up for all of it.
My reasons for caring about my health and body are not theoretical. I live and breathe it!
I started running The Hormone Project back in early 2017 and ran it for eight years, through the end of 2024, with thousands of women coming through it during that period.
The OG Hormone Project included one-to-one mentorship, live coaching calls every week, and functional testing built in. It worked. It was also expensive, and it had to be, because that kind of access costs what it costs.
Eight years of teaching it showed me something I didn't expect. The part that changed women most was not the call time with me. It was the education & understanding of her body she walked away with.
It was the week a woman finally understood what her liver had to do with her hormones, or why her energy fell apart in the second half of her cycle, or what her thyroid panel was actually saying. Once she had that, she could do an enormous amount on her own, and the conversations we did have got better because she came into them able to participate.
The world changed, the economy changed, and the ability to purchase a $3k program became less accessible to a lot of women.
So I took a pause and put THP into a vault. I took the time to pull the whole thing apart and rebuild it, and I’ve now re-recorded every module for the woman it was always meant to serve, which is the everyday woman.
The one with a job and a family and a finite amount of time to invest who deserves this education anyway.
What's left is the foundation, and the foundation is the part that changes everything.
"My whole big pill box that I had, I mean it was ridiculous, and when nothing was changing I had to do something different. Knowing the WHY behind the WHAT, instead of immediately thinking, oh no, what did I do wrong, I need to take a new supplement."
Megan, The Hormone Project
There is no shortage of hormone information. You can find a reel on cortisol in about four seconds, and you already know you should be lifting weights, walking, sleeping more, eating more protein and managing your stress.
Nobody needs another list.
What's missing is context. Knowing you should build muscle is not the same as understanding what muscle is doing for your blood sugar and your hormones after 35.
"Can't I just listen to your podcast?"
You can, and I hope you do. I've been publishing The Simplicity Sessions for years, there are hundreds of episodes sitting there for free, and I'd rather you listened to all of them than none.
Here's the honest difference. When women tell me what surprised them about my teaching, it's almost never "I've never heard that before."
Far more often it's "I've never heard it explained that way before," or "that's the first time I've actually understood it." Knowledge is knowledge.
Knowledge with comprehension, where you understand it well enough to use it, is a completely different thing, and that's the gap a podcast episode can't close on its own. An episode is one conversation, recorded in whatever order it happened, with a guest and a tangent and whatever I was thinking about that month.
I don't want you spending the next decade collecting random health information from Instagram and podcasts and then trying to work out which supplement goes with which symptom.
This is the same thinking taught in sequence, on purpose, with each module building on the one before it, and workbooks that make you apply it to your own body instead of nodding along to mine.
The podcast is where I think out loud. This is where I teach. And where it leaves you.
I am not trying to become the person you check with. I want you reading your own labs, noticing your own patterns, and walking into appointments able to ask a real question and know whether you got a real answer. The women who come out of this stop collecting opinions and start collecting information about themselves.
"As I was talking to my endocrinologist, he could not believe it when I started to share with him some of the things that I had learned about the connection with the gut and diet and gluten. At the end of that visit with him, he said, I think I'm going to have to do some more research."
- Michelle, The Hormone Project
"I took The Hormone Project back in 2019, so it's been a while now, but I've continued to use what I've learned."
Carol, The Hormone Project
"[I learned] how interdependent all aspects of my health are. Everything's connected. My thyroid, my immunity, my detoxification, the inflammation in my body. I had no idea how interconnected everything was, and therefore the downstream impact of my sleep, my nutrition, my stress, the intensity of my exercise."
Tricia, The Hormone Project
I named these modules with a little inspiration from Friends, because let's be honest, if you're like me and you know every line of Friends and you cannot hear the word "pivot" without thinking of Ross, then you're probably in perimenopause. LOL
I recorded this as if you and I are sitting on my couch together with a cup of tea, because that's the vibe. Under each one is what you'll actually walk away understanding.
Your hormones, and what they're actually doing
What these messengers are, how they talk to each other, and why a number on a test is only ever part of the story. This is the module that makes every module after it makes sense.
Your cycle as information
What each phase is doing, why your energy and hunger and patience move the way they do across a month, and how to read the changes instead of being surprised by them every time. If you're tempted to skip this module, don't. This is where we trace back every symptom that's showing up now, even if it's years after your cycle has stopped.
Perimenopause, menopause and what comes after
What actually shifts, when, and why the symptoms that show up in your forties often have very little to do with the thing you assumed. Where I am myself, and what I pay attention to.
Digestion, and why it decides more than you think
Your gut hands you a report card every single day and after every single meal, and what shows up on it is rarely what you'd expect: painful periods and PMS, acne, rosacea, hives you never used to get, brain fog, anxiety and low mood, joint pain, hair thinning, stubborn weight, and your thyroid. You are not what you eat. You are what your body can break down, absorb and eliminate, which means you can eat genuinely well and still be in trouble.
Your detoxification system
This is the module women are surprised by. Your liver is where hormones get processed and cleared, so if this is sluggish, you can be producing perfectly reasonable hormones and still feel terrible.
Fitness that works with your body after 35
Train and move your body as you're approaching perimenopause, moving through perimenopause, into menopause and beyond. If you feel like you're doing all the things and nothing's working, definitely want to tune into this module.
Your stress swat team & metabolic furnace
The stress and energy system. Why exhaustion, temperature, hair and weight changes so often point here, and what your standard thyroid panel leaves out.
Testing, and reading it properly
What's worth testing, when, and the difference between inside the reference range and actually optimal. This is the module you'll take with you into every appointment from here on out.
This is where everything integrates.
This is where you put it together into something that fits your actual life, so it doesn't stay theory.
You can listen to it. This matters more than it sounds. You do not have to sit at a desk and take notes to get this education. Put it on in the car on the school run. Put it on while you walk. Put it on while you're folding laundry or making dinner or driving to the appointment you're about to be better prepared for. I built it so it goes with you, because I know what your day actually looks like.
No live calls. No cohort. Nothing to fall behind on. There's a suggested order and a rhythm inside the program, and I'd love you to take it a module at a time and let it settle. But if you want to listen to the whole thing over one weekend, do that. You cannot fall behind, because there's nothing to fall behind on.
No 1:1 coaching. The old version of this program included mentorship and coaching calls with me. This one doesn't. This is the education, on its own, at a price that makes it available. If you want testing or you want to work with my team, those exist separately and you can add them when you're ready. Nothing here is a trial for something else, though. The foundation is the whole point, and it's complete.
It becomes your reference. This isn't a program you finish and archive. Before your next appointment, before you decide about a supplement, before you say yes or no to something a practitioner suggests, you come back to the relevant module. It's your own database about your own body, and my hope is that you'll use it for years to come.
Here's everything that's yours to keep:

Most women reading this have already spent more than $199 guessing. One order of supplements somebody recommended in a comment section. One appointment that ended with “everything looks great”.
A cupboard full of half-finished bottles you couldn't explain if I asked.
This costs less than most of that and it's the part that doesn't expire, because once you understand what your body is telling you, you own that.
How long will it take me? Most modules run 35 minutes or less, so the whole thing is under five hours of listening, and you take it at whatever pace suits you. There's a suggested order and I'd love you to take a module at a time and let each one settle before you move on. Some women listen to the whole thing in a week. There's no schedule to keep and no way to be late.
Do I have to watch it at a desk? Not at all, and I designed it that way on purpose. You can listen to the whole thing. In the car, on a walk, while you're making dinner or folding laundry. Plenty of women get through the entire program without ever sitting down to it.
How long do I have access? For life. It's accessible through a membership site, and if we ever move that membership site onto a different platform, we will make sure your resources are still accessible.
Is there any live coaching or one-to-one time with Jenn? Not inside this program, and that's because I want this education to be accessible to more woman around the globe. 1:1 coaching would increase the cost.
I no longer take on private clients who haven't been through my foundational work first, because an hour with me is worth far more once you understand your own body. So this is the door rather than a lesser version of something else. If you want functional testing and consultations with a qualified practitioner, anyone who comes through this program qualifies for a discount on our testing packages.
Is this just information, or do I get something to actually do? Both. Every module has a workbook that goes with it, with journal prompts, symptom charts and checklists, so you're applying what you're learning to your own body as you go instead of only listening to me talk about bodies in general. Then there's an integration and implementation piece at the end that pulls it together, because listening is one thing and doing is another.
Will you tell me what supplements to take? Yes, to a point, and I'm careful about it. You get a foundational list of supplements that are a reasonable fit for most women, with the reason behind each one. What I won't do inside this program is hand you a targeted protocol without knowing your health history.
Do I need to buy supplements or testing for this to be worth it? The main purpose of this program is to educate you before you invest in supplements and testing, so that you know what you're buying and why you're buying it. My goal is that if and when you choose to work with someone, you'll know what questions to ask, and you'll be confident following their recommendations because you'll understand exactly why you're doing it.
What will I actually be able to ask my healthcare provider for? My goal is that you'll understand the blood work to ask for. I give you a list in the module where we talk about testing, and another in the module where we talk about thyroid and adrenal health, so you'll have a list of what to ask for and why you're asking for it.
Is this going to tell me to go on hormone therapy, or tell me not to? Neither. I'll educate you about what hormone therapy does, who tends to consider it, and what to ask. That's a conversation for you to have with your healthcare provider, and my goal is that you walk into it knowing what questions to ask and when to consider it.
What if my life is chaotic right now? That's the beauty of a self-paced program you can come back to any time. I've broken it into 8 modules so you can lead yourself through it one at a time. Take things in step by step, as fast or as slow as you need to.
What if I'm already through menopause? What I'm teaching still applies to you. I recorded this with everyone in mind, from perimenopause through menopause to postmenopause, and we cover all of it inside the program.
The systems this covers; your digestion, your liver, your thyroid, your adrenals and your movement, they all matter just as much now as they did before. There's not a ton of education out there for the postmenopausal woman who's still struggling, and we've got you.
What if I haven't started perimenopause yet? Then this is the best possible time to soak in this education. Most women arrive here after a decade of symptoms. Arriving before that is an advantage.
What if I don't finish it? It's yours to keep and you can revisit it any time you want. It's a great library to have at your fingertips, and most women come back to particular modules over and over, usually before an appointment or when something changes.
Can I get a refund? All sales are final. This is a digital program you get immediate and complete access to the moment you buy, so please read what's included above before you purchase, and email us at hello@jennpike.com if anything is unclear. We'd much rather answer a question first than have you buy something that isn't what you wanted.
I don’t believe that your body is working against you.
While you've been reading this, your brain has been processing more information than you could consciously track, your kidneys have been filtering your blood, your immune system has been checking everything that came near you, and your gut has been breaking down whatever you last ate and sending the useful parts where they need to go. Nobody had to ask it to. It has never once needed reminding.
So when something feels off, it's worth considering that a body capable of all of that isn't suddenly sabotaging you. It's far more likely that it's saying something, in the only language it has, and that you were never taught to read it.
That's what this is. Eight modules and the dictionary you should have been handed years ago.
When you understand something, you stop being afraid of it. And when you stop being afraid of your body, you stop fighting it, which is when things actually start to change.
Come and learn this with me. I can’t WAIT to see all the names of the women who say YES to themselves.
