I’ve done The Hormone Project in the past. How is this different?

This program is hyper-focused on one specific phase of your hormone journey: Perimenopause, Menopause and beyond. There is also a new 10-day Reset, plus A Power and Flow workout plan specific to Perimenopause and Menopause. While there may be concepts from THP that overlap, inside The Peri & Menopause Project we are diving DEEP into all things Perimenopause and Menopause + dialing in on nutrition, lifestyle and support strategies specific to this phase.

Do I need any special equipment or supplements to participate?

For the learning experience:

  • A reliable internet connection
  • A computer, tablet, or smartphone to access live sessions and course materials
  • Optional but recommended: A notebook for taking notes
  • Optional but recommended: The supplements suggested throughout the course. These are not personalized recommendations, so you may want to bring this to your health practitioner to see if you need something more targeted.

For the workout program (included inside TPP resource library):

  • Free weights (dumbbells)
  • Resistance bands
  • Exercise mat

While we'll discuss various supplements and testing options throughout the program, purchasing these is entirely optional and can be explored at your own pace and comfort level. Our focus is first on education and understanding, empowering you to make informed decisions about what's right for your body and journey.
