  • Inside The Hormone Project, we will spend 6 months together to balance your hormones, understand your body and take charge of your health with simplicity and ease. Work with me and my team of practitioners to radically change your knowledge base, motivation and approach to bringing more balance to your hormones and ultimately your life.
  • 1-on-1 coaching -- you'll be paired with one of our qualified coaches who will review your blood work and your DUTCH test results so you can have a clear understanding of what's going on inside your body without having to guess!
  • Follow along with a 4-phase healing protocol, including a Digestive Reset, a Liver Protocol, an Adrenal-Thyroid Protocol and a Gut Protocol.
  • Meal Plans are included for each protocol, including a SIBO/Leaky Gut plan, a Vegetarian plan and a Omnivore plan for each phase.
  • Weekly Group Coaching Calls with Jenn -- each week Jenn hosts a group coaching call to help to further your education and understanding of this program

Meet Dr. Laura Anderson, ND

Dr. Laura Anderson ND, is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor and has been practicing since 2010. She was the Naturopathic doctor at Trent University Health Services for five years and spent two years as a part-time faculty member at Fleming College teaching Biology, Holistic Health, Anatomy & Physiology and Advanced Physiology.

With non-stop schooling for 8 years, writing board exams, starting a business and then starting a family shortly thereafter, Laura understands the demands that come along with being a working mother, entrepreneur and feeling burnt OUT! For this reason, she's deeply passionate about helping women with chronic stress, anxiety and hormone imbalance resulting in Hypothalamus-Pituitary-Adrenal-Ovarian (HPAO) dysfunction (aka. adrenal fatigue). Using Nutrition, Supplements, Herbs, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Acupuncture and Homeopathy, Laura addresses the root cause of the imbalance and equips the body with what it needs to heal and flourish with a strategic and individualized plan. Her main focus is helping busy and stressed out women feel energized, regulate their hormones and beat the feelings of burnout.

Can you get a portion of the course covered through Insurance, since Laura is an ND?

The short answer is no. You cannot submit reimbursement for Laura as your Naturopath for this course. Laura is considered a health coach within the program, not an ND, due to strict regulations for ND's in Ontario. We cannot prorate receipts either as a company. An invoice is sent to you automatically for each payment that goes through our system.

That being said, Jenn is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Medical Exercise Specialist and an Functional Diagnostic Nutritionist. If your insurance plan covers any of those designations, you can try to submit your invoice with those credentials.

Meet Megan Kroeker, NP

Nurse Practitioner & Functional Medicine Practitioner

Megan Kroeker is a resilient, driven, passionate woman that doesn’t accept the status quo when it comes to health. She is a nurse practitioner and Institute for Functional Medicine Certified Provider (IFMCP).

Megan not only understands how our traditional healthcare system works, she is also a critical thinker that loves to look for bigger solutions that don’t fit a simple algorithm. When Megan was challenged with sudden health issues after an accident, she recognized the flaws in our system.  So often we are only offered tests without answers or a pill as a solution.

Megan realized the importance of addressing the root cause of illness.  She began experimenting with diet, exercise, mindset as well as other lifestyle interventions to achieve an optimal level of health.

This led Megan to want to help others in the same way. Megan knows that each woman’s situation is unique, and we all have individual challenges that need to be addressed.  We have the opportunity to be resilient and bounce back, learning and growing from these situations.

Megan has a passion for learning and sharing her knowledge with her clients so they can also uplevel their health and feel their best! Megan is an avid runner, loves being in the kitchen and spending time outdoors with her family, surrounded by nature.

Meet Jill Ford, Functional Nutritionist

Jill Kay is a Functional Nutritionist and she helps outdoorsy women beat burnout so that they can feel energized, calm and get back to the adventures that feed their soul. Jill combines a functional nutrition and science approach. She offers 1 on 1 coaching as well as online workshops.

At one point Jill burned the candle at both ends and burned herself out. She experienced a lot of fatigue, high stress, imbalanced hormones and a pile of health complaints. Jill tackled her health concerns with a holistic and functional approach and nowadays she is much healthier and happier from the inside out. This is one of the main reasons that she wants to help her clients feel their best too!

Jill helps her clients, by providing 1 on 1 personalized coaching, group programs, workshops and valuable online content. She’s worked with hundreds of women and has seen powerful transformations over the years!And when Jill’s not working with clients or creating helpful online content, you can find her out hiking in the forest with her dog Garvey or hanging at home (#introverting), or planning a mini adventure!
