Adrienne has been dedicating her time and purpose to help people achieve joy, by connecting with each person’s deepest sense of joy which shifts in different moments of everyday life. It can be challenging when we find ourselves stuck in daily practices that are just not letting us shine. This episode is about awareness, being present and finding purpose hand-in-hand with experiencing joy.

Adrienne shares her personal story about how she started her work in positive self care practice. Adrienne engages in a beautiful conversation, where we talk about real life and everyday hassles, as well as the ways of improving our life one step at the time. Here are the topics we address:

  • What numbing ourselves is causing
  • Connecting with joy every single day
  • Listen to your deepest knowledge about what is right or wrong for you
  • Small consistent decisions to achieve joy
  • Seeking the right help to create ease
  • Decide how you want to show up
  • Being the role model for your kids
  • Going through big changes with the right support
  • Choosing how you show up to what happens to you in life
  • May You Know Joy products and how they can impact your life differently every day
  • Creating your time
  • Intentional Days, Adrienne’s new book to be launched soon

I hope you find inspiration in this episode and the certainty that even though we can’t control the things that will happen to us in life, we can control how we chose to respond. Wishing more simplicity and ease in all that you do!

Create a more simple life with Saint Francis Herb Farm products. A couple times a year my voices suffers since I constantly use it as my main tool while recording podcasts, giving consultations or making videos, a throat spray is the first thing I use when first noting the symptoms, Stop it Cold is my ally, it eases the pain for a solid hour or more, reducing inflammation, and fighting infection!

Also, I have been adding Fermented whole body nutrition with greens to the water I sip through the day, since I am not eating what I should when I am not feeling that great, this is an awesome nutritional supplementation that my body needs in order to keep going.
