I’m Jenn Pike. And I Want to Tell You How I Got Here.


I started my first business at 17 as a personal trainer. Not because it seemed like a smart career move, but because I was already obsessed with what the body was capable of when you gave it the right conditions.

For the next 30 years, I never stopped working with women. In person, through chiropractic clinics, through my yoga studio, and then online from around 2012 forward. The format changed but the work didn’t.

Along the way I kept adding to what I could offer. I trained as a Medical Exercise Specialist. I became a Registered Holistic Nutritionist. . I became a certified Pilates and yoga instructor. 

Then a Functionally Integrative Diagnostic Nutritionist. Not to collect credentials, but because every layer gave me more tools to actually help women change at a level that lasted. I wanted to understand not just how to train a woman’s body, but how to fuel it, support it, and work with the way it actually functions at every stage of life.

For nearly 8 years I ran The Hormone Project, one of the most in-depth women’s health education programs in Canada. Hundreds of women came through that program working directly with me, learning to understand their bodies in a way no one had ever taught them.

I also stepped on stage at 40 and won my first bodybuilding competition. Not because I was chasing a trophy. I wanted to prove, to myself and to every woman watching, what’s possible when you truly understand how to train and fuel your body.

I don’t compete anymore, but what I’m building now, at 46, is exactly what I want to be building for the rest of my life. More muscle. More definition. More strength. More energy than I had in my 30s. My body is not separate from my work. It’s living proof of everything I teach.

I’m also a three-time bestselling author. My podcast, The Simplicity Sessions, is in the top 1% of podcasts worldwide with over four million downloads. I have over 44k YouTube subscribers and growing. I am living my mission here on Earth and building a legacy of health education I can confidently pass down onto the next generation of trailblazers.

What Ignite Actually Is


Ignite is an 8-week body transformation program. Strength training, macros, and nutrition education all working together, designed specifically for the woman who is done following plans that don’t explain anything.

Most programs hand you a plan and leave you to figure out why it works. Or why it doesn’t. Ignite does something different: it teaches you the why. Because the women who come to me aren’t lazy. What’s included?

Are there live calls?

Who is this for?

How much time do I need each week?

The live calls are 75 minutes, held every two weeks. Your workouts and meal prep are flexible and designed for real life, not a rigid schedule that falls apart the moment something comes up.

What equipment do I need?

Dumbbells in a few weights (8 to 20 lbs is a good starting range), resistance bands, a yoga mat, and a sturdy chair or bench. Most women already have what they need. We teach progressive overload, you start where you are and build from there.

Are supplements required?

No. The foundation of Ignite is real food, strategic nutrition, strength training, and recovery. Supplements are discussed as optional tools and many women find them helpful, but your results do not depend on them.

What if I’ve never tracked macros before?

No experience needed. We teach everything from scratch. Most women find it becomes second nature within the first week or two. Once you understand how to fuel your body, you have that knowledge for the rest of your life.
