This is a special episode for me because I am inviting one of my dearest friends, Ann Green. She is a previous Canadian Olympian, the bionic woman, a warrior and also has the kindest most loving heart. She will share with us the story of the creation of a program called BRAIN.STORM., which is dedicated to brain health and recovery. Ann will talk about the multiple concussions she suffered, her story of healing and essentially creating a rebirth, rewiring and re-firing the neurological pathways.

This episode is dedicated to everyone who has had injuries, car accidents or falls which could have created hormonal consequences. For mothers, it is important to be prepared for concussions happening to our children, and to know how to read the signs and what to do at the right time.
