This week, we are diving into the second part of the series about the Seven Most Common Imbalances in a Woman’s Body, and today’s topic is all about Estrogen Detoxification.

I am often sought out by women asking for recommendations about “a good detox” or “a juice cleanse”, and I am sorry to tell you, it is not that simple. There are different phases of detoxification in our bodies, and it is also crucially important to know what it is that you are detoxing from. There are many substances you can detoxify from, like environmental toxins, chemicals, medications, and parasites just to name a few. In today’s episode, we are talking about detoxification from estrogen and how to facilitate the liver and gut’s functions which are the main organs helping your body through this process.

As women, we produce estrogen on a daily basis and that is why detoxifying estrogen is not something you will only do once in your life, but several times throughout  your life.

Here are the main topics of the second part of this series:

  • Your liver is the queen of the organs!
  • The consequences of an exhausted liver.
  • The first step of detoxification is happening through the liver and the gut.
  • Food sources that can help your system detoxify.
  • Supplements and vitamins to support your detox process.
  • Are you pooping daily?
  • Check your digestive system and elimination before even starting detoxing.
  • Reduce your exposure to chemicals, dairy, sugar, gluten, and even watch your animal protein intake.
  • Protein powders, animal or plant-based?
  • The effects that alcohol and coffee have on your body.
  • Why you should include Vitamin C in your diet.
  • The amazing benefits of organic green tea!
  • How to alkalize your system and reduce acidity.
  • You need exposure to diversity.
  • Seed cycling.
  • Managing your body fat percentage
  • You can’t guess, you must test.

I hope these episodes contribute to reducing the weight you are carrying, by supporting your health and guiding your choices to be more conscious, grounded, and attuned with your health and life purposes. Wishing more simplicity and ease in all that you do!
