I am often asked: why simplicity? I think we end up teaching what we ourselves need the most! I was driving myself crazy with a nonstop schedule for many years, more exactly until I became a mother. You realize at that point, that your schedule is not your own anymore, and neither is your time.

The guilt came, and I just felt like running away! How can I shift this? Simplicity was the answer. Nothing happened immediately, but I started to resent anything that didn’t follow this line of simplicity. I started to learn how to say No. I started to stay local and home. Going back home with my family was a tough decision, but the best I have ever made.

Ease and simplicity came hand in hand, it became my mantra.

Over the years I accomplished my goal to create this beautiful community, a tribe, a family.

I had to give myself a rest, at first I became isolated, but did my best work when I was well rested. That is how the online course came to life! The book, the projects all followed, they flowed and I enjoyed the journey!

You will discover your potential by slowing down, allowing yourself some healing, the process is uncomfortable, but you will thank it!

The simplicity sessions podcast mission is to provide you with a safe place to land each week, to listen and take time for yourself, in a vulnerable and genuine way,  to help you connect with other inspiring guest to enhance your health, business, relationships, body, mind, heart and soul!
