Lime Avocado Coconut Popsicles

Lime Avocado Coconut Popsicles

~ Makes 6-10 depending on the size of your molds ~

  • 1 large ripe avocado
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 1 whole lime zest
  • 1⁄2-1 lime, freshly squeezed
  • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp chia seeds

1. Blend your avocado and coconut milk until creamy smooth.
2. Add in lime zest, juice, maple syrup, and chia seeds.
3. Blend until combined.
4. Pour into your popsicle molds.
5. Freeze minimum 6 hours or overnight.
