This is part 2 of a series I put together for ambitious and audacious women. I realized I am giving you the message that I wish I had when I was feeling overwhelmed and burnt out and at the same time so inspired, eager to learn and to move my body and life in a different direction, but I didn’t have any help at that time.

During today’s episode, I will talk about how a normal day looks like for an audacious woman, the feelings involved, and some of the habits and patterns that can be put into action for her to live a more balanced life and to achieve her wildest dreams.
