Last weekend I participated in a Fitness Competition! I had been training and preparing myself for several months for this event, and I wanted to share my experience, my reasons and my insights with all of you.

If you have set a “big goal” for yourself — whatever it may be — this episode is for you! I realized that the steps we take and the support systems we set up for ourselves are what propel us to reach our dreams (regardless of what our goal is about!).

These are the main topics of this inspiring show:

  • My journey training for different fitness competitions.
  • Seeking the support you need: build your team.
  • The importance of finding your reasons to pursue your goal.
  • Choosing the right nutrition and supplements to support your overall health
  • What to do when you are about to give up.
  • Understanding the long term impact, physically, mentally and emotionally.
  • And… I won! I celebrated my own triumph without comparing myself to anyone else, perseverance actually paid off!
  • Rest and restore.

I want you to be courageous, audacious and ambitious when setting goals for yourself, and equally importantly, align yourself with those who support you, your community is everything! Wishing more simplicity and ease in all that you do!

Saint Francis Digestive Enzymes along with Fermented Vegan Protein by Genuine Health kept my digestion flawless during training. Order any product at Genuine Health use the promo code JENNPIKE and save 10% off all of your purchases.
