In this episode I want to share something that has been happening to me lately, I have been feeling stuck creatively and flat energetically. Some of us create and others consume, I have to recognize that I am a little bit of both, and I also tend to set high expectations on my creations. I decided to give myself permission to talk about my knowledge and passion for the things I feel are worth sharing, and remind myself that it doesn’t have to be perfect.

Today I am going to share the origins of my story, how I got into this business and what took me to where I am at currently. You will relate to this if you are at the start of, or thinking about starting your business, you have the desire to get involved in the holistic industry and you are still gathering the strength to step forward. If you are already in this field this episode will work as a reminder of all the hard work you have put into your endeavour, giving yourself the chance to stop and celebrate your achievements.
