In this episode, we are chatting about my simplicity in six tips for weight loss and for creating a really fit, strong body in your forties. Now, at the time of this recording, I’m just a couple of weeks away from turning 45, so I’m officially into my mid-forties.

I know everyone says this when they hit a certain stage of their life. Well, maybe not everyone, but it seems to be my experience in having conversations with a lot of women. I grew up hearing when you hit your forties, that meant you were old and after 40, your body kind of just felt like it fell apart and went downhill.

My experience has been the opposite, at least in the first half of my forties, and I feel more connected to my body than I ever have in my forties.
