Susi Hately is a fantastic educator in the yoga space and now also educating women and mothers about their pelvic floor health. She holds a B.Sc. in Kinesiology with a deep focus in exercise physiology.
For 25 years, Susi has been the bridge between the medical world and yoga – helping people out of pain, helping to reduce autoimmune flares, migraines, sleep disorders, thaw frozen shoulders, and manage the impacts medical treatment processes.
