Wonder Woman Smoothie

This smoothie is so refreshing and satisfying, I just had to share it with you.

It also has the added bonus of being FANTASTIC for your hormonal health, thanks to the ground flaxseeds, leafy greens, and the ever-fabulous antioxidants found in raspberries. It’s also a great addition to supporting your cycle! (more on this in SYNCED)

The beet crystals pack a nutrient punch, as they are rich in essential minerals like calcium, plant-based iron + magnesium AND in B1, B2, B6, and folate (which is basically like a big hug for your adrenals!)

Plus, it makes your smoothie a really beautiful, vibrant colour.

Here’s how to make this super-nutrient packed smoothie:

  • 1 cup unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 Tbsp beet crystals (I get mine from Natures Emporium, but you can get them at most health food stores, or online at well.ca OR amazon.ca)
  • 1.5 Scoops Genuine Health Vegan Fermented Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp maca (optional)
  • 1⁄2 frozen banana
  • 1⁄2 cup organic raspberries.
  • 2 handfuls organic greens
  • Ice

Blend for 60-90 seconds and enjoy!
