Dr. Meghan Walker ND is an ‘Entrepologist’, this term was coined in the study of the minds of entrepreneurs, and the intention of seeking their optimization and performance. Entrepology is the intersection between someone´s health, what they want to contribute to the world, and their purpose.
During this deep conversation, Meghan describes how leaders choose to live their lives, rather than living a life to leave a legacy. The choices you make regarding your health and your life is ultimately the message you’re sending to the people who surround you, including your children.
Why does that matter?
Because when you choose health over convenience, when you choose your own sanity + self-care over another obligation, when you choose to show up for yourself on a daily basis — it gives permission to those around you to do the same for themselves.
That is why the way we live our lives not only inspires people, but changes the dynamics of our personal genetics (epigenetics). This is a really interesting topic that is not discussed enough!! Dr. Meghan shares her personal journey as a woman and a mother of three, and gives tips for women to start living the way that most honours their purpose, and I will drop a spoiler alert for you…you just have to start! Dr. Meghan Walker is a naturopathic doctor and Entrepologist, focusing on the health optimization of entrepreneurs and game changers. As an entrepreneur, Meghan started and sold her first business while in University and is a Co-founder and past CEO of the digital health media start-up Bright Almond.
She is the host of the Entrepology Podcast, Founder of Entrepology Labs, creator of the women’s performance supplement line Badass Basics, and Chief Cheerleader at Clinician Business Labs — a platform dedicated to assisting clinicians in scaling and amplifying their businesses. Meghan is an award winning speaker, having spoken on international stages and through multiple media outlets on topics related to women’s performance medicine, brain health and entrepreneurship.
