I want to share with you a Master Class I had with my private group for Synced Program members. My movement series is based on the four phases of a woman´s menstrual cycle and the four phases of the moon, which is meant for women who are either pregnant or no longer have a menstrual cycle. The Synced Program is a transition to the Synced Academy which is going to be focused on teaching women all the aspects of their bodies that they should have known from a very early age.
