We’ve all experienced it — the point in life where you recognize something is no longer serving you. You know you need to up-level and make a change, but you’re not sure how to go about it.

In today’s podcast episode, I’m pleased to be accompanied by Megan Schmidt. After the birth of her baby, Megan suffered from postpartum anxiety, had debilitating fatigue, a husband who was working shifts and she reached the realization that she needed to find something different for herself — because the way she was feeling just wasn’t working anymore.

She was so busy serving everyone else, that she let herself down time and time again. She was just surviving every day.

Today she shares the story of how she found herself again and learned to thrive.

Megan is a plant-based health coach, yoga instructor, mindset mentor, host of The Align Wellness Podcast and mom to three girls. She teaches women how to become healthier, happier and more fulfilled by showing them how to practice better self-care and manage their minds.
