Ep #56 | Moon Cycling: The Impact of the Moon Phases on Women’s Bodies
This is a continuation from www.jennpike.com/episode54 where I talked about cycle syncing and promised to broaden the topic by talking about moon cycling. Today, I really look at what is in us as well as what is happening outside of us, focusing deeper on this later aspect, in terms of the energetic pole that the moon creates around its four phases in the month that resemble the four phases that women go through during our times for menstruation. For those of you who don’t have a period, you need to hear this information, even more than women who are still menstruating, because when you lose that cycle, not having that bleed every month, it is easier to have the feeling that you have lost your connection with femininity and that is simply not true.
These are some of the amazing themes you will hear in this episode:
- Why moon cycling matters.
- The impact of the outer environment to your inner one.
- The moon phases and how they influence us.
- The New Moon Phase: rest and restore.
- The Waxing Moon: prepare for what is about to emerge.
- The Full Moon: bold and confident.
- Waning Moon: slowing down and connecting with your intuition.
- If you are not synced up with the moon, don’t panic.
To understand the moon is to understand yourself. Hoping this episode helps you reach a better understanding what is going on in your body as the moon transits through its different phases. Honor where you are right now! Wishing more simplicity and ease in all that you do!
