My name is Jenn Pike, your host, Functional Diagnostic Nutritionist, Registered Holistic Nutritionist and Medical Exercise Specialist. I specialize in women’s health and hormones and am the creator of the revolutionary women’s health courses; The Hormone Project and Synced.
In today’s episode, I am joined by Kristine Peacock, Cyclical Living Expert, Wellness Advisor, Success Coach & Mentor. We are chatting about cyclical living, training in rhythm with your body, empowering our daughters and where to begin.
As a self-proclaimed Health-nut and Fitness Enthusiast, Kristine is passionate about all things food, nutrition and exercise! She is a Mom to 3 girls, ages 18, 15 and 11, Former Teacher and Culinary Nutrition Expert.
Her wellness journey began more than 10 years ago when her husband was diagnosed with cancer. She transformed the way she cooked and began exercising regularly, influencing her children, friends and family along the way. As Kristine became stronger and healthier, her husband declined and she was widowed 9 years ago when the girls were 2, 6, & 9.
Since then, Kristine certified with the Academy of Culinary Nutrition and left her 20 year teaching career. She now wears many hats within the Simplicity Team – as a Wellness Advisor for The Hormone Project and Women’s Wellness Clinic & Synced Instructor & Success Coach, and she supports women with their cycles, health and hormones in our online global community.
