With over 2 decades of experience in Health and Fitness, Karen has dedicated her life to understanding the Woman’s body. Karen is extremely committed to her work because she’s been on the other side – dealing with digestion issues, excess weight and feeling lost and stuck for years. Her body felt broken and she had no one to turn to. Now Karen is that support for other women who are stuck with their weight loss goals, bloated and exhausted from dieting.
