Sylvie Tetrault is a Sports Holistic Nutritionist (R.H.N) and Strength and Conditioning Coach (CSCS) based out of Toronto. A former competitive figure skater and university rugby player Sylvie’s philosophy centers on helping clients find their Inner Athlete through hands-on strength training, nutrition, and lifestyle coaching. Sylvie has worked with professional athletes across several sports, (NHL, NFL, UFC, Olympians, Ironman etc.) and high performers of all kinds. As a co-host on the Championship Lifestyle Podcast Sylvie has increased her exposure to a larger community of individuals all committed to becoming champions of their lives

Jenn studied and graduated with honours in Human Anatomy and Physiology with such a passion that it propelled her to continue her education over many years. Jenn is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Medical Exercise Specialist, Registered Yoga Instructor and Faculty of the Toronto Yoga Conference, Pre & Post Natal Yoga Expert, STOTT Pilates trained instructor, Twist Sport Conditioning Coach, Spin Instructor Crossfit Level 1 Coaching, among other certifications she got along the way.
