Welcome back to The Simplicity Sessions, I’m delighted that you’ve joined us today. My name is Jenn Pike, your host, registered holistic nutritionist, medical exercise specialist, the best-selling author of the Simplicity Project and the creator of the women’s revolutionary health program, The Hormone Project.

I wanted to let you know that the Thursday simplicity bites episodes of this podcast may not be happening every single Thursday. I’m actually taking some time off until around mid September. So if there’s a surprise episode that decides to upload for Thursday because I’ve got that extra energy, consider yourself lucky. Otherwise I hope you’ll tune in with us here every Monday for our weekly episodes.

Today’s conversation is with Dr. Jordin Wiggins ND. She is a sexual health disruptor and evolver, a naturopathic doctor, and the author of The Pink Canary.

We’re taught that we’re supposed to have a sex drive, that you’re supposed to naturally be hornier than you are, and that your sex life is supposed to peak. And so many women hit a point in their life where they think, “That did not happen to me, it is not happening to me- there must be something wrong with me.”

We talk about issues that can impact feminine libido, including stress, communication, and health, including mental health. We don’t just talk about what’s going wrong; we identify some of the more common things that women are feeling and going through, and then really give you feasible solutions.

If you have a question for me and my team, send it over to hello@jennpike.com or via Instagram at @jennpike and I’ll do my best to share helpful insights, thoughts and advice.
