I wanted to share one of our listener’s question:

I am suffering from congested skin. I have bumps that I can feel when I run my hands across, I can see it ini the light. I am breaking out. I also have adrenal fatigue. I am exhausted. I have digestive issues with lots of gas, bloating, and constipation. I am a hot mess. I know this is a lot to ask, but do you have any recommendations?

  • First thing is to make sure we are supporting stimulation on your body, lymphatic drainage, and circulation. Are you moving your body regularly, in a loving fashion and not super intense. Doing MISS, moderate intensity steady state movement such as a brisk walk or movement based on where you are at in your menstrual cycle.
  • The second thing is to look at the digestive system and what you are putting into your body. What are the foods that are causing the gas and bloating. If you find that you are having the symptoms with most foods that you will need to look at digestive support. You can use something like Canadian digestive bitters from Saint Francis Herb Company.
  • If you don’t have a gallbladder you will have problems with digestion and will require some enzymes such as pancreatic enzymes, betaine HCL, and some bile. Now Brand has some great enzymes called super enzymes. Design for Health has some great ones called pure encapsulation, but the true key is without a gallbladder you will require the pancreatic enzymes, betaine HCL, and the bile.
  • Due to the fact that the bumps are showing up in your skin you have some adrenal gland issues will want to support the liver so you will need liver Hepato DR. It supports your liver function and helps detoxify your body. When there is a lack of flow in the body we can get an accumulation of waste in the liver, skin and mucous membranes. Liver Hepato DR can gently drain the body of those toxins. https://stfrancisherbfarm.com/product/hepato-dr/
  • Dry brushing for lymphatic stimulation
  • skinessence.ca/quiz will help you determine what type of skin items will help you. Sometimes they will chat live or they will hop on the phone with you to put an order together for your
  • You can add Sea salt or Redmonds Real salt or Sun Warriors Ancient Sea Salt into your water will help with your adrenal functions, minerals, and helps support regulated sodium-potassium pump. You can add the salt into your smoothie, or your elixir and add some vanilla, cinnamon or a little honey with a good base of dandy blend that supports the liver and the chicory root, which are prebiotic fibres for the gut.
