Minty-Shamrock Smoothie
- 1 cup of unsweetened almond or cashew milk
- 1 frozen banana
- 4 handfuls of organic spinach
- 1 drop of doTerra peppermint essential oil (doTerra is food grade, others may not be)
- OR 1 handful of fresh mint
- 2 tsp of ground flax seeds
- 1 scoop of GH vegan+ vanilla protein powder
