How much time will I need each week?

This program is designed for real life. You'll have flexibility to engage with the materials and workouts on your schedule, with options for different time commitments based on your capacity.

What equipment do I need for the workout portion of IGNITE?

The workouts are designed to be done at home or in a gym with basic equipment. Here's what you'll need:

Recommended:

  • Set of dumbbells (we recommend having 3-4 pairs in different weights - for example: 8, 12, 15, 20 lbs)
  • Resistance bands (long bands and/or mini loop bands)
  • Yoga mat
  • Sturdy chair or bench
  • Foam roller or massage balls
  • Ankle weights

You don't need a full home gym or expensive equipment. Most women already have what they need, or can get started with a modest investment.

The most important thing? Start with what you have. If 20 lbs is your current "heavy," that's perfect for where you are right now. We'll teach you progressive overload so you can build strength gradually and know when it's time to go heavier.

Are supplements required for this program?

Supplements are not required to participate in or succeed with IGNITE.

The foundation of this program is real food, strategic nourishment, movement AND recovery. That's what moves the needle.

That said, we do discuss supportive supplements throughout the program because many women find they help with energy, recovery, inflammation, and metabolic health. Think of them as optional tools in your toolkit, not "requirements" to participate in the program.

If you choose to add supplements, we'll guide you on what to look for and why. But your success in this program does not depend on buying a cupboard full of products.

The real transformation happens when you learn to nourish, rest and move your body properly. Everything else is supportive education.

What if I've never tracked macros or counted anything before?

Perfect. We teach you everything from scratch. You don't need prior experience with tracking, and you don't need to be a numbers person. We break it down step by step so it actually makes sense (and doesn't feel overwhelming).

Most women find that tracking becomes second nature within the first week or two. It's not about being perfect. It's about awareness.
