  • PLEASE NOTE: we will be tracking our macro nutrients in regards to the amount of carbs, proteins and fats that we are nourishing our bodies with each day. This will require keeping track of food, doing body measurements, taking before and after photos and looking at the weight on the scale.

  • Prior to your plan being delivered to you, you will receive an intake and assessment form so Kristine can get to know you, your current health, metabolic and fitness goals.
  • You will download and utilize 2 apps for your time inside the program: Trainerize and MyFitnessPal (both free apps!) Don't worry, Kristine will teach you how to use them
  • From your initial intake form, Kristine will learn about your day to day living, what you’ve tried in the past, what’s worked and where you are stuck now.
  • Your coach will review your current level of exercise, type of workouts, how long you’ve been training for and your daily activity all matter and will be taken into account for your program.
  • It’s important to be tracking your workouts - progress and recovery - so that we know when tweaks are needed.

Meet Kristine Peacock
Body Recomp & Fat Loss Master Coach

As a 40-something, self-proclaimed Health-nut and Fitness Enthusiast, Kristine is passionate AF about all things food, nutrition and exercise!

Kristine wears several hats in Team Simplicity and has experienced all of our programs first, as a client - she’s our “hair club for men” member, if you will! She’s a Wellness Advisor for The Hormone Project, Synced Success Instructor and now, Coach inside of our Body Recomposition program.

Three years ago, in a perfect storm of Perimenopause, Hypothyroidism and raising 3 daughters (2 who are teenagers) in a global pandemic, Kristine found herself over-exercising & undereating while struggling to fit into her clothes. She double-down’ed on her nutrition and fitness, only to find herself lacking energy and gaining weight she couldn’t explain - despite a background in Culinary Nutrition and a regular exercise routine.

It was then that Kristine healed her hormones and regulated her thyroid inside of The Hormone Project, joined Synced and began to exercise in alignment with her cycle, and most recently, participated in the Perimenopause Beta group to dial in her macros, reverse her diet to eat more and lift heavier with a structured strength training program and approach.

Now, Kristine brings her years of experience & expertise with macros, coaching and fitness to other women in Perimenopause, to help them feel strong and empowered in their bodies and health!

1. What is body recomposition, and how is it different from weight loss?

Body recomposition focuses on losing fat while building muscle, rather than just losing weight on the scale. The goal is to reshape and strengthen your body, improve metabolism, and create lasting changes in how you look and feel.

2. Do I need to go to the gym, or can I do this at home?

You can do this program at home or in the gym! At minimum, you’ll need dumbbells, resistance bands, and a workout bench (or a sturdy surface that can act as one). If you have access to more equipment, we’ll tailor your program accordingly.

3. How much time will I need to commit each week?

Expect to train 3-5 days per week for 45-60 minutes per session. This includes both strength training and optional cardio recommendations based on your goals.

4. Will I have a meal plan?

No, this is not a meal plan. Instead, you’ll learn how to track and adjust your macronutrients (protein, carbs, fats) to fuel your body correctly. We’ll guide you every step of the way so you gain lifelong skills instead of following restrictive diets.

5. I don’t understand macros—will you teach me?

Yes! You don’t need prior knowledge of macros. We’ll break it down in a simple, actionable way so you can confidently eat for your goals without confusion.

6. What kind of results can I expect?

Results vary based on consistency, but most women experience:

  • Fat loss (especially around the midsection)
  • More energy and strength

7. Will I need to weigh and track my food?

Yes, tracking is an essential part of understanding how to fuel your body for recomposition. You’ll use MyFitnessPal to track macros, and we’ll help you make it simple and sustainable.

8. What if I have hormonal imbalances, perimenopause, or menopause symptoms?

This program is specifically designed for women navigating perimenopause and menopause. Your workouts and nutrition will be tailored to support your hormones, metabolism, and energy levels—not work against them.

9. How does coaching and support work?

You’ll have direct access to your coach, Kristine, through the Trainerize app, where you can ask questions, get feedback, and track progress. You also get one private coaching call to personalize your plan and set you up for success.

10. What happens after 12 weeks? Can I continue?

Yes! Many women choose to continue working with us beyond the 12 weeks. You’ll have the option to extend coaching, adjust your program, or shift into a long-term training plan.
