We will be using a two-pronged approach to build your custom
12-week plan.
You’re learning your macronutrients so you can build your own meals. This is not a diet and a meal plan is not included! But we will teach you how to master your macros during our 12-weeks.
Your coach will create a targeted and 2-tier custom fitness program for you to follow along with during our 12-weeks together to help you reach your goals.

As a 40-something, self-proclaimed Health-nut and Fitness Enthusiast, Kristine is passionate AF about all things food, nutrition and exercise!
Kristine wears several hats in Team Simplicity and has experienced all of our programs first, as a client - she’s our “hair club for men” member, if you will! She’s a Wellness Advisor for The Hormone Project, Synced Success Instructor and now, Coach inside of our Body Recomposition program.
Three years ago, in a perfect storm of Perimenopause, Hypothyroidism and raising 3 daughters (2 who are teenagers) in a global pandemic, Kristine found herself over-exercising & undereating while struggling to fit into her clothes. She double-down’ed on her nutrition and fitness, only to find herself lacking energy and gaining weight she couldn’t explain - despite a background in Culinary Nutrition and a regular exercise routine.
It was then that Kristine healed her hormones and regulated her thyroid inside of The Hormone Project, joined Synced and began to exercise in alignment with her cycle, and most recently, participated in the Perimenopause Beta group to dial in her macros, reverse her diet to eat more and lift heavier with a structured strength training program and approach.
Now, Kristine brings her years of experience & expertise with macros, coaching and fitness to other women in Perimenopause, to help them feel strong and empowered in their bodies and health!
