The Easiest 60 minutes of Exercise You Will Ever Do…

Okay. By far the biggest complaint and/or reason people give me for why they do not exercise is because they don’t have the time, which I can understand. However, if you watch even ONE television show per day of the week we can make this happen for you.

Did you know that a 30 minute program averages somewhere around 6 minutes of commercials? And that the average 1 hour program has 10-12 minutes of commercials? And I know if you are watching one program you are probably watching more, so…I have made your personal average 10 minutes of useless commercial watching…your welcome:)

So here is your weekly plan:

For a 30-minute program this your workout – Squats/Alternating Forward Lunges/30 Jumping Jacks/Pushups/Plank/Crunches

You will perform each Exercise for the full commercial, when a new one starts so does the next exercise. You rest when your show comes back on and start up again when the commercials do. There are 6 exercises to complete.

For a 60-minute program this is your workout – Alternating Reverse Lunges for two straight commercials/Alternating Side plank/Reverse Crunches/Back Extensions laying on your tummy/ Dips off a chair/Squats tapping your bum to that same chair/Plank on your forearms and toes/Lunges standing in place one leg per commercial

Repeat one after the other, rest when your program comes back on. Both sets of lunges count as two exercises totalling 10 exercises to complete.

Seems simple right…good because it is and the best part its free – you are the machine and the equipment:)

Now if this seems too ‘advanced’ then at least roll your lazy bum to the floor and stretch….
