Self care is what I want to talk about in this episode. There are common misbeliefs about self care, one is that it implies being selfish or that it requires lots of money and time. During this episode I will share 10 self care tips, how you can implement them right away, investing absolutely no money and receiving an immediate reward that will shine through your physical and mental wellbeing.
Here are the 10 tips you will hear about in this awesome episode:
TIP #1: Stop pressing snooze.
TIP #2: You can read.
TIP #3: Start journaling!
TIP #4: Get outside and walk.
TIP #5: Dance! Dance! Choose the music that aligns with how you want to feel and move along.
TIP #6: The Therapeutic Power of a Shower.
TIP #7: Watch a show (no binge watching).
TIP #8: Get outside.
TIP #9: Walk in meetings instead of sitting all the time.
TIP #10: Clean your space.
Do not measure how successfully you are taking care of yourself by the amount of time you are putting into it, but think about the moments, those instants that can even be found in something as simple as in one big breath. Wishing more simplicity and ease in all that you do!

Protein is an important macronutrient for the body, in order to make sure my family has all the right protein levels, a couple of times a week I make Oatmeal Pancakes, with a half a cup of egg whites, one whole egg, half a cup of oats, and then I add no more than a scoop of Genuine Health Fermented Vegan Protein Powder, I then cook it in a pan with some coconut or avocado oil and make up the most delicious pancakes that are a huge source of protein and help you feel more satiated longer. Order any product at Genuine Health use the promo code JENNPIKE and save 10% off all of your purchases.
