Creamy Complete Cashew Milkshake

Here it is foodies, my uber delicious and super healthy Cashew Milkshake ‘treat’.

I LOVE raw cashews for so many reasons but mainly because they are quick, nutritious and jam-packed full of healthy fat, minerals and protein for your bod, your brain, your skin, your heart and your mood!

Be sure to use RAW in the recipe; no roasted, toasted, salted etc.

I love this with LOADS of ice to make it really thick, creamy and almost slushy like. You can play around with the ingredients to create it according to your liking but this is how we love it best…
