Coconut Crunch Smoothie
Today for Mindset Monday, I want to share with you a few tips on how to infuse smoothies into your diet. I am often asked about smoothies, since there are quite a few of you out there who still haven’t jumped on the smoothie train 🙂Â
Smoothies are a great way to add more simplicity into your life, at least when it comes to nutrition. You can pack so many incredible ingredients in there; your greens, healthy fat, protein, fiber and antioxidant rich fruit PLUS the added hydration.Â
For those of you who are new to the smoothie scene, here are a few ideas for how to infuse smoothies into your diet:
- When you wake up and you don’t have more than 5 minutes to make breakfast
- You indulged too much over the weekend or away on holidays, and you need something light and refreshingÂ
- When you’re feeling lethargic and need a mid-day pick-me-up
Coconut Crunch Smoothie
- ½ cup canned coconut nut milk
- 1-cup water
- 2 tbsp unsweetened, shredded coconutÂ
- ½ avocado
- 1 Scoop Vanilla or Chocolate plant-based protein powder (Genuine Health)
- ½ cup frozen raspberries
- Blend until your desired consistency.
Try serving your smoothie in cocktail glass, just for fun, and see if that adds something to your smoothie experience.
