Choosing a smaller sized plate or bowl is the simple answer for how much is too much. Eating small frequent meals throughout the day can have a huge impact on your health. It is better for digestion, because your body is not bogged down with the task of having to digest a huge portion of food. Eating frequently also keeps your energy levels consistent and your blood sugar levels stable, so you can move smoothly throughout your day, with more energy.
