I need you to start drinking more water now! Drinking at least 8-10 8oz. glasses daily will help to keep you hydrated, energized, regular; get your skin glowing and toxins moving through and out of your body. Water is like fuel to your body, so stay properly hydrated. Don’t wait until you’re thirsty.

To help spruce up the flavor of your water try some of these techniques:

  1. Mint Water – ice water with fresh, torn mint
  2. Lemon Water – ice water with lemon wedges
  3. Lime Water – ice water with lime wedges
  4. Basil Lemon Water – ice water with fresh lemon & basil
  5. Fun Water – Ice water with juice filled ice cubes
  6. Grape Water – ice water with frozen grapes
  7. Recovery Water – add 1 package of Emergen C powdered vitamin C
  8. Cucumber Water – ice water with cucumber slices
  9. Citrus Water – water with splash of grapefruit or orange juice
  10. Fruit Water – add fresh strawberry, blueberries or pineapple to water
  11. Green Clean Water – add 5-10 drops of chlorophyll
  12. Cold Brew Iced Tea packages – add one
  13. Vitamin Water – is a once per week TREAT at 120 calories per serving it may taste good but is it really worth? Afterall 1 glass of white wine is 120 calories…I don’t know about you but I would rather drink my water and ENJOY my wine too!
