Less than a week ago, I pulled my car over into a gas station and filmed a short and loving rant. I needed to get it off my chest, out of my heart and out of my head. I had no idea what a ripple effect it would create.

This video exploded in the best possible way, with over 11 thousand views on Facebook and growing, with so many shares. This one really resonated with people and will truly change the way I teach women moving forward. What’s amazing is that this video was as RAW as it gets – no camera, no lights, no microphone – just my phone and my thoughts. And it’s one of the best received videos I’ve put out there. Why? Because this is what people really needed to hear.

It’s time to cut the B.S, step back from your social media feed and ask yourself what do YOU want? What do YOU love? I know how easy it is to look at other peoples “lives” (what they choose to show us) and compare it to our own. Be it in your business, personal or family life, this is an absolute waste of your time and energy. So just stop!

When was the last time you asked yourself, “what do I LOVE?” All the struggles of feeling overwhelmed and unsure of what to do next can be softened by creating some space in your day to ask yourself this question over and over until the answer becomes so defined and so clear that your only choice is to go after it. Focus on yourself and in making your life what you want it to be.

Thank you.

Thank you for listening and watching. Thank you for joining me on a shift we all need to end the vicious cycle of comparing in exchange for creating.

Have a beautiful day,

Jenn xo
