One of these fabulous addition will be Simplicity’s Harmonizing Hormones Bootcamp a 4 week series that will lead a group of women through navigating their own signs and symptoms of hormone imbalances, taking a field trip to the grocery store, preparing and sampling a nutritious snack or meal each week, discovering how yoga and pilates can literally transform the relationship you have with yourself as well as how you can improve your sleep, lose weight, nurture your skin and most importantly teach your daughters, sisters, mothers and friends how they too can fully love and support their bodies.
