Sooo…here’s my big news – at least big for me:)

Today I was offered & sealed the deal on not 1 but 2 of my own shows on Rogers!!!

By the end of May you will be able to practice with me everyday of the week. I will be hosting 5 shows weekly 2 yoga per wek, 2 pilates and 1 day of fusion, each workout will be 24 minutes in length. It will be aired during 2 morning timeslots; 1 around 630am and on…e around 830am with repeats in the evening and on weekends:)))

My second show will be all about nutrition and all that I teach about and around it. I will be taking you in our local grocery stores for tours, label reading, teaching you how to create a healthier plan for your meals and budget for your wallet and then we will take the ingredients back to the kitchen where I will show you how to put it all together. Sometimes even the kids will be joining me…OIY!

I will also be having guest speakers on the show; show-casing those whose work I love and that has helped me tremendously and could help you too. Inviting some of our members form the community about how yoga, eating better and being part of something great in the community has helped them.
