There is no food or supplement alone that will heal your body. There is no “team” of supplements that will heal your body. Can they help manage symptoms? Absolutely. However, in order to actually heal your body and to support your body systems, you must apply daily habits and provide it with the rest it truly requires. You MUST learn to understand YOUR body; it’s signs, symptoms and the body talk that it is sharing with you.

Every single time you feel bloated, gassy, lethargic, unhappy, anxious, you have a skin breakout, a headache, insomnia, your joints ache, your menstrual cycle causes you deep pain, shows up whenever it feels like it, whenever you have a food sensitivity or reaction to something you ate or drank, you have digestive upset or feel depressed…your body is telling you something.

ALL disease begins in the gut.

This is fact. Your gut is the foundation. If there is any level of food sensitivities and/or allergies you need to listen up…these are a HUGE warning sign of a leaky gut. If you have any level of an auto-immune disease; hashimoto’s, diabetes (Type 1), Cancer, MS, Rheumatoid Arthritis etc migraines, thyroid issues, eczema, rashes, hives, depression, constipation – the list could go on and on you need to slow down on rushing to the health food store and buying another bottle of vitamins or supplement and you need to stop dieting.

If you want to get to the root cause, you have to heal your gut first – and that requires patience and taking the time to become re-educated on what living healthily actually means.

How do we end up with so many gut issues?

  • Stress, no rest, staying in circumstances that literally suck the life from us
  • Poor Diet
  • Imbalanced Insulin and Cortisol which contribute to overgrowth of yeast and candida in our gut micro biome
  • Toxic Exposure ~ poorly filtered water, wifi, medications, ‘scented’ body products, pollution
  • Prescription Antibiotics are now referred to as Gut Grenades and speculated that each round of antibiotic you take not only damage your gut but takes a solid 5-7 years to rebuild the gut!
  • Mold, Parasites and Viruses

Most people are spending their time chasing symptoms and not treating the root cause. Most (not all) Doctors are writing a prescription too quickly and treating prophylactically instead of addressing the root cause. And I GET IT. It is so overwhelming when we begin to learn more and realize just who much needs to change, it sometimes feels easier to continue on our path even though we don’t feel well. But I am here to tell you it doesn’t have to be this way and it doesn’t have to be so complicated.
