If you’ve been indulging a little bit too much lately, and are feeing bloated, gassy and frustrated with yourself, it might be time for a simple detox.
As a part of my Simplicity Summer Series, I’ve planned a couple workshops for you, but first I want to get real, and talk about the In’s and Out’s of Detoxing.
First, I want to note that for me a detox is not chugging down gross drinks and living off of liquid for 21-days.
