I start every morning with a quick, nutrient-dense smoothie which usually last me about 3 hours. Here is a sample of what one of my morning smoothies might look like:
Banana-Choco Date Smoothie
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 banana
- 1tsp cocoa powder
- 4 dates
- tbsp flax oil
- 1 scoop Genuine Health Vegan Vanilla protein powder {OR}
- 1/2 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
