I am launching an exciting NEW program and I hope you will join me!

The Simplicity Project Cooking Classes

The flow of the classes is such:

  • All of the recipes are 100% whole foods, mostly plant-based with the occasional egg or goat cheese addition in 1 or 2 recipes as noted below
  • Each menu is made up of recipes that are both raw and cooked to create a balanced meal that is fresh and vital, plus nourishing and warming.
  • My classes include a small workshop to begin and are then centered around the focus of food preparation by the group (max.8) You are provided with all recipes for each dish we make.
  • At the end of class we all sit to eat and enjoy our beautiful creations together around my kitchen table

Location:

All classes take place in my home; details will be sent once registration and payment is confirmed

Investment:

$90 tax is included and your full meal plus recipes

Registration will be available on line at www.simplicityyoga.ca Monday March 23rd at 11am and in-person at Simplicity Yoga Studio. You must pay in full to secure your spot. There is a max of 8 people per class.

Tuesday April 21st 10:30am – 1:30pm THIS class is all about PACKING A NUTRIENT PUNCH no matter what you eat. Nutritious food can be simple and CRAZY delicious too!

Sprouted Chia Flax Crackers
Roasted Butternut Squash with Sweet Onions, Fresh Thyme drizzled with Lemony Tahini Dressing

It will include a 90 minute yoga class, a nutrition workshop and hands-on cooking class complete with a 3 course meal and a copy of my book The Simplicity Project

Your Investment will be $149 for the 7 hour day with me and all details plus menu plan will follow once I have the date secured. This retreat will happen here in Keswick at both my studio Simplicity and my home. 8 people max.
