Supply your body with the most essential building blocks such as those found in fresh, organic whole foods and the results could be a younger, healthier and more vital you!

Why don’t we shift the way we think or define what being healthy means. To stop searching for a way of looking better and instead find a way to feel better. When we feel better it pours from the inside out and we can’t help but shine and look beautiful on the outside. I know a ton of unhappy thin people:)

Try some of these recipes to get your mojo flowing in the right direction!

Choco-nutty Smoothie

1 serving of chocolate Vega or Vegan+ protein powder

1 banana and 1/2 cup frozen blueberries

1 tbsp almond butter

2 cups almond milk and 1 cup ice

Ginger Pear Smoothie

1 serving Vega whole foods smoothie infusion

1 banana & 1 pear

tsp fresh ginger, grated

2 cups almond or hemp milk

1 cup ice

Pumpkin Spice

1 cup almond milk & 1/2 cup ice

1 banana & 4 dates

pinch of cinnamon, cardamom & nutmeg

2 tbsp pumpkin seed butter

Chocolate Energy Pudding

1 serving chocolate Vega

2 banana, 1 cup blueberries & tsp lemon juice

2 tbsp almond butter

1/4 tsp sea salt

Process all ingredients together until smooth and creamy. Makes 2-4 servings. For extra flavor and crunch, sprinkle some hemp granola on top.
