Our 1st Simplicity Project Cooking Class is at 50% capacity!
The Simplicity Project Cooking Classes
My first Simplicity Project Cooking Class (Tuesday April 14th) is at 50% capacity! There are 4 spots left, and after this weekend at the Yoga Conference and Show, all spots will be filled. So if you are considering the investment, act NOW…your gut will thank you for it!
Why should I invest in your cooking classes?
Cooking and preparing nutritious, clean, wholesome (AND delicious) food can be SIMPLE. If you don’t know where to start, or need some inspiration to get started, this is a perfect way to learn how to prepare whole and plant-based dishes with confidence, and if you have any questions, I am right there to answer them.
Preparing your own meals for you and your family (vs. take out or pre-prepared for example) can make a big difference on your energy levels at the end of the day, or end of the week, for that matter. Choosing to prepare meals at home ensures that quality of care and top-notch ingredients are included. When you prep your own food, you get to pick your oils, your spices and your food sources.
All the meals we will be preparing are packed with alkalizing minerals, antioxidants, vitamins, and plant phenols that are metabolized by your body and broken down into fuel for energy, for hormone production, for healthy immune function and so much more. If you choose the RIGHT foods, you can work to support these mechanisms, which in short, leaves you feeling and looking your best!
With these classes I will show you HOW to prepare, WHAT to prepare, and educate you on how to make the best choices for you and your family so that you can be your best self.

Classes will be filling up this weekend at the Yoga Conference and Show. I will be there if you want to pay me and my team a visit. I will be presenting on the main stage Saturday April 11th at 3:30pm with my signature workshop: THE METABOLIC FIRE STARTER.
From me and my team, we sincerely hope to see you there!

Homemade Almond Butter Brownie Bars or Balls
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1 1⁄3 cups dates (pitted)
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed
- A handful of dark chocolate chocolate chips
Place the ingredients into your food processor and let that blend for a couple minutes, or until everything is nicely chopped and turned into a dough. Once it’s all mixed up, take a handful of dough and form it into bars, or small balls for the bite size version. You then can wrap them up and place them in the fridge to harden or enjoy one now!
