Back to Smoothie Basics
Creating a balanced smoothie is one of the simplest things you can do. Once you have the smoothie basics down-pat, all you have to do is chuck everything in a blender and press start. It doesn’t get simpler than that!
I create a lot of smoothies in The Simplicity Kitchen, but sometimes the ingredients I choose have some of my clients feeling overwhelmed. So this Wednesday, I’m cutting the B.S when it comes to smoothies and I’m showing you a simple recipe you can throw together to create a balanced smoothie in no time flat.
When Should You Drink a Smoothie?
I love to have smoothies for breakfast or lunch, simply because they are a quick and easy way to incorporate all the nutrients my body needs. Getting in a balance of the following nutrients are going to help you to balance your moods, blood sugar levels, cut down sugar cravings, and reduce your PMS and over all inflammation.
I feel like my hormones are out of control…
Hormone balance is THE NUMBER ONE reason that women come to me as a client. They are seeking to eliminate their symptoms and finally begin to understand their body once and for all. So I created a program specifically for women who are trying to understand this intricate balance, because I know I can help women like you get exactly what you’re after – energy, focus, balance, simplicity and a healthy, vibrant body.
