Yummy Oats To Start The Day
I just returned from my morning run and my husband had some oats left on the stove he made up so I got creative and enjoyed this tasty, satisfying and easy little dish-o-yum this morning:
3/4 cup cooked oats
1 tbsp raw almond butter
2 dates chopped
1/4 banana, sliced thinly
tbsp raw, chopped walnuts
dash of cinnamon
splash of coconut milk & drizzle of maple syrup
Soooooo incredibly yummy, soothing and satisfying.
My belly is very happy and content and my energy feels fabulous.
