Simply said, Marni Wasserman’s life is rooted in healthy eating. Culinary Nutritionist, Health Strategist, Co-Host of The Ultimate Health Podcast and founder of Marni Wasserman’s Food Studio & Lifestyle Shop located in midtown Toronto where she teaches her signature cooking classes, and offers collaborative workshops and urban retreats. She is also the Author of Fermenting for Dummies and Plant-Based Diet For Dummies . Marni has also made several media appearances on Breakfast Television, Global News, CBC, CHCH and Newstalk 1010 and has articles in the National Post, Toronto Star, Huffington Post and Chatelaine Magazine. Marni uses passion and experience to educate individuals on how to adopt a realistic plant-based diet that is both simple and delicious.

About the Workshop

In this down to earth workshop you’ll learn about the benefits of Plant Based Nutrition & Fermented Foods. You will also learn how to master the fermenting process at home, while also getting some helpful tips on how to put together clean, colourful plant based dishes that you can incorporate to any menu – as a side dish or the main feature!

The menu includes:

  • Colourful Kale Slaw Salad
  • Quinoa Tabule
  • White Bean and Dill Dip with Cucumbers

Get to know your ferments as Marni Demos how to make:

  • Water Kefir
  • Basic Sauerkraut

You will even get to sample some of Marni’s favourite plant based dishes!
