This week on #SimplicityTV we are airing Part 2 of our tension releasing series, where Jenn shows the different uses of YogaTuneUp Therapy Balls. This week we are showing how to release tension in your glutes, hips and thighs.
Lower back, hip and glute pain often go hand in hand. This is an especially sensitive area for women, as we tend to hold a lot of tension in our hips, which can be a cause of lower back pain. Using these techniques on the regular (a few times per week) will help to release tension deep in your tissues, allowing circulation into areas that don’t often get much attention.
