Where do I begin?? Jenn's program has been a total GAME CHANGER for me. Before doing this program I considered myself very active, fit and toned but this series took things to the next level. I feel BALANCED (and this is big props coming from a chiropractor!) I started this series and have done it over many times throughout my 29 weeks of pregnancy. I have had NO LOW BACK OR PELVIC PAIN. I feel STRONG. I have actually lost half an inch around my outer thighs and my glutes are higher and firmer than before. I love that I can come home after a long work day and honor my body with an incredibly effective yet succinct work out without having to go to the gym...I have loved every single video in this series and my booty says thanks Jenn!

As a second year university student, it is very easy for me to come up with “excuses” and say that I have no time to workout. However, after taking part in Jenn’s program, I realized that just squeezing in even 20 minutes per day is enough to make me feel good and get rid of my lower back/knee pain. The program was also very MANAGEABLE. By the end of the program, I realized that I DO have the time in my day to fit in a small workout and Jenn gave me the confidence I needed to start incorporating little bouts of exercise into my daily routine instead of feeling like I need to exercise rigorously, and for long periods of time every single day. The wide variety of exercises in this program made me feel great energetically but it is also worth mentioning that my butt was definitely firmer by the end of it too (and who doesn’t want that?). First off, I’d like to say, I love all your info, wisdom and advice! Jenn's program for me in a one word - EXCEPTIONAL!! The workouts were intense (while you were in the midst of them), but once it was all done, I definitely felt stronger and healthier – healthier being the “key” for me! Thanks for everything!
